Shipping & Returns
Shipping Costs & Destinations: We offer FREE shipping on orders over £30 within the UK, using code SHIP30 at checkout. For orders outside the UK, we offer free shipping on orders over £45, using code SHIPINT45. For smaller orders, the following shipping costs apply:
- UK: standard £2.50, express £3.50
- EU countries: £6.00
- Norway: £5.00
- Rest of world: Sit tight! Looking to grow internationally in time :)
Delivery Time: Please allow 2-7 business days after shipping for in-stock items within the UK or 4-11 business days after shipping on international orders.
Returns Policy: A flat fee of £4 per return. You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving the goods. Please email us hello@suspense.co to process your return request. The goods must be returned as new in the packaging you received them in, in order for it to be an accepted return request.
